Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by certified Blue Pottery artisans in Jaipur. Each artisan holds a government-issued Artisan Card, ensuring authenticity and heritage value.

2. How do you ensure fair pricing?
Our prices are thoughtfully set to reflect the craftsmanship, skill, and time involved while ensuring artisans are paid fairly. By buying from Sandook, you invest in heritage craft at honest prices.

3. Does my purchase support artisans?
Absolutely. Every Sandook order directly supports the livelihood of our artisan partners and helps preserve India’s centuries-old craft traditions.

4. Do the products look exactly like the pictures?
Yes. The designs, colors, and finishes of our pottery are clearly shown in product images. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece—making every product unique.

5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Custom and bulk orders may take longer, and timelines will be shared during order confirmation.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do. Delivery time and charges vary by country. Please write to us for details.

7. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

8. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns/replacements only in the case of damaged products. For claims, you must share an unboxing/opening video within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Why don’t you accept returns for design or look/feel?
Pottery products are different from apparels. The design, colors, and finish are visible in our listings before purchase. Hence, returns for preference reasons are not accepted.

10. How are Sandook products packed?
Our packaging is specially designed to protect delicate pottery. In the rare case of damage, our replacement policy applies.

11. Can I request a custom product?
