Damages in Transit: Our packaging is designed to protect delicate Blue Pottery. However, in case of breakage or damage:

Please share an unboxing/opening video within 48 hours of delivery.

Without this, we will not be able to process claims.

After verification, we’ll assist with a replacement or suitable resolution.
