Refund policy

At Sandook, every piece is handcrafted with care by certified artisans. Since Blue Pottery designs, colors, and finishes are clearly shown in our product images, we do not accept returns for reasons related to look, feel, or design preference.

We accept returns/replacements only in the case of damaged products:

Customers must share an unboxing/opening video within 48 hours of delivery.

Without the video proof, we will not be able to process claims.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.


Refunds (if applicable):Once your return/replacement request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.

✨ Please note: Unlike apparels where texture and fit can vary, the look and feel of pottery items is already known from the product listing. This ensures complete transparency before purchase.
